  • Necessary to remember preferences and choices made by the user (e.g., the ability to auto-fill data) or to provide extended website functionality. These files will be stored for the duration of the session; in this case, the legal basis for processing data collected in connection with the use of this type of cookies is the legitimate interest of JANTZEN AUDIO Sp. z o. o., related to the necessity of processing data for the performance of services and providing appropriate website functionalities (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). In the event that such files are left after the end of the session, the legal basis is the user’s consent for such action (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR in conjunction with Art. 399 of the Electronic Communications Act).

The website uses Google Analytics for website audience analysis, provided by Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View CA 94040 USA) (hereinafter “Google”). For this purpose, cookies are installed on the User’s device, which collect data such as: information about the browser and device, IP address, visited websites, and the date and time of the server request in order to evaluate the User’s use of the website, prepare reports on activity on the JANTZEN AUDIO Sp. z o. o. website as a site operator, and provide other services related to website activity and Internet use for the site operator.

The service operates based on IP address anonymization. This means that Google shortens (truncates the last eight digits of the IP address), i.e., anonymizes IP addresses originating from countries belonging to the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted, which is anonymized only on Google servers in the USA.

Google, on behalf of JANTZEN AUDIO Sp. z o. o., will use this information to evaluate the User’s use of the website, create reports on website traffic for website operators, and provide other services related to website traffic and Internet use. Google will not combine the User’s IP address with any other data stored by Google.

Information generated by cookies about the User’s use of the website is transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. It should be noted that the USA does not guarantee an adequate level of data protection at the same level as EU countries, so in order to ensure proper data protection, JANTZEN AUDIO Sp. z o. o., for the purposes of the agreement for Google Analytics services, has entered into an agreement with Google, including standard contractual clauses for the transfer of data to third countries adopted by the European Commission decision.
