Assembly options:
We can only offer assembly on PCB boards.
Minimum order quantity:
Our minimum order requirement is 25 pairs (50 pieces) of assembled crossovers.
Crossover schematic:
We need the complete crossover schematic with position references and component models and values, including the DCR target values for the induction coils.
Crossover design:
We do not offer to design crossovers.
We can if needed offer advice about certain changes to component positioning to help eliminate interference e.g., when coils are placed too close to each other or to other components.
We can also advice about component types in relation to performance and sound profile versus cost.

We need a complete list of the component types and values to be used, please use the product index numbers found in our price list.
PCB boards:
We only offer two “universal” PCB board sizes (190mm x 140 mm or 150 mm x 100 mm).
These “universal” PCB boards are only suitable for very basic crossover designs.
The universal PCB boards are basic PCB boards without options for customization, in relation to copper lane thickness, solder mask / solder mask color, markings, tinned/metalized mounting holes, etc.
When custom PCB boards are required, we offer 3 options:
1. For a one-off fee per board layout / Geber file creation, we can offer having the Gerber file design done via our PCB supplier as well as ordering in the PCB boards themselves. In some cases, we can do partial layout design, but we always need to have the final Gerber files and layout done by our PCB supplier.
2. For a one-off fee per Geber file design, we can offer to only have the Gerber files done by our PCB supplier and then the customer then has the PCBs made elsewhere and shipped to us.
3. The customer can also choose to do the PCB boards completely on their own and ship them to us. If this option is chosen it is needed to send a sample first so we can check that everything is done correctly for mass production.
Sizing of crossover boards:
We need to know if there are any sizing constraints for the PCB boards.
Wiring:
If you want us to supply the wires, we need to know which cables you wish for us to use and the lengths from boards to drivers, etc.

Wire endings:
We can offer the following wiring and wiring end options:
- No wires if customer wants to use their own wires
- Wires from us with raw ends (untinned)
- Wires from us with tinned ends
- Wires from us with a female flat crimp connector(s)
For endings with female flat crimp connectors, please see size overview below of the female crimp connectors we offer, so you may match them to the male tab connectors of your drivers/terminals, etc.:
